We are a Native American owned and operated company located on Sovereign Native American land selling Native American made products to Native Americans and Non-Native Americans. Because we are located on the Sovereign Aqua Caliente Reservation we can legally sell our Native American made products to our customers nation wide.
We do not sell commercial cigarettes of any sort (tax free or otherwise). We sell solely Native American made products.
There is no such thing as legally tax free cigarettes. We pay all Federal taxes that apply to our products and will continue to do so. Because we are Native American owned, located on Sovereign Native American land and we only sell Native American made products, we are legally exempt from state taxes and local taxes.
We do not report what you order to any state taxation or tobacco department. |
